Voltamp Software Choices
There are many choices today when it comes to software. That is why we have compiled a
list of software, including links, that we at Voltamp Enterprises use on a day-to-day
basis. The majority of this software is Open Source and Free. Voltamp Enterprises
advocates freedoms in all aspects of life, including software. They are in no particular order.

free Open Source PDF writer that installs just like a normal printer, except it allows you to write
the popular PDF file that is readable using Adobe's Acrobat Reader.

office productivity suite that includes a word processor, spreadsheet, and presentation designer.
It supports Microsoft file types (.doc, .xls, .ppt) as well as the OpenDocument format.

operating system we use to meet all of our server needs, including Subversion, file storage, and remote

- AVG Anti-virus - AVG is a free (for personal use)
anti-virus software that, in my opinion, is far superior to Symantec and McAfee. It supports daily updates and is
extremely user friendly.
